Clergy Credentials/ Philosophy

I am an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church (ULC) [Listing] and a member of the ULC Seminary [Listing] and Monastery [Listing].

I have referred to my spiritual teaching and mentorship as my "ministry" for many years. Becoming a non-denominational minister was a logical next step. I am open to all beliefs, creeds and religious teachings as well as non-religious spiritual and sacred practices. I am here to serve you from where you are.

To know who we are is to accept that there is purpose to our lives. We are not accidental beings in a randomly organized universe. There is order in the universe.  To know who we are is to embrace our uniqueness and our commonality. It is to recognize the spark of the Creator within us and to acknowledge without judgment that which makes us both ordinary and extraordinary. I know who I am when who I am is neither good nor bad, rich nor poor, brilliant nor idiotic, wise nor foolish. I am who I am. I am.

Spirituality

Spiritual growth and development, mentorship and teaching are offered with any of the services provided at your request. A consultation session helps to establish a plan designed to your specifications.

WHAT I BELIEVE

It is not necessary for me to believe what you do in order to offer spiritual counsel. I accept your beliefs, customs and ideals as genuine and embrace differing belief systems as possibilities and alternate perspectives. I honor you as I honor your beliefs and your life experience. For those who feel the desire to know what my basic beliefs are, I am pleased to share these with you.

I believe in Divine Guidance, God, and divine nature within us. I believe that we are spiritual beings with a connection to all Spirit. I believe in a spiritual pre-existence and an afterlife. I believe that unconditional love and oneness are the pathway to enlightenment. I believe that truth and honor can be found in all religions, cultures, beliefs, all segments of society, and in all individuals. May God bless.
