About this Class:
The one thing that everyone seems to be seeking, no matter where they are on their journey of life, is greater clarity. We desire clarity in our communication so that we aren't handed a pipe wrench when we are asking about types of rent. Clarity in understanding directions prevents calamity when the symbol for an exit ramp and that of a railroad track are not clearly distinguishable on a map. Spiritual clarity involves understanding the incoming stimuli and comprehending our own internal communication. Knowing the language of Spirit increases understanding as does knowing any language, set of symbols or range of textures. We use words to describe our level of clarity. We might say, "I'm a little fuzzy on that" or "I don't have a good feel for it." We speak of light and dark, and warm and cool as we describe how we perceive things. If we understand so clearly what clarity is, why is it that we are always looking to improve upon it? Fine tuning our aperture for clarity occurs in the quiet stillness of the soul. Focus clears as we find the perspective of greatest vantage. If we are too close to a situation we are less likely to view it dispassionately. Our perspective is hindered by our own involvement, preconceived ideas and resistance to alternative perspectives. If we are too far removed from a situation, we may be missing critical information that we would gather by allowing ourselves a closer inspection, allowing ourselves to get a feel for the situation first-hand.
We know how to improve our clarity:
Class Outline:
(soon to be released)
* Spiritual Practice: Panoramic Perspective (the Big Picture)
Panoramic Perspective (the Big Picture) is looking at life from a greater vantage point. Clarity comes from looking through a wider lens. Imagine looking at a series of dots scattered on a wall. Up close they appear to be simply dots littering the paint. If you were to step back and see them from a distant perspective the dots might form an amazing work of art. A change of perspective can change everything.
For demonstration purposes, here is a closeup of an artwork. If you were too close to the image, you might only be able to see this portion.

Can you guess what the image is? Take a look at the whole image in the following link.

Please feel free to LIKE or TAG yourself on any affirmation card on the FaceBook page if you like it and would like to remember or share it.
* A full deck of affirmation cards is planned for publication after the book is published. Currently the artwork is not complete and the publisher has not yet been selected. There is, however, an introductory 12-card presentation set available ONLY at workshops. The first set is free to registered workshop participants, and each participant will have the opportunity to purchase additional sets at the workshop for a very modest cost. Card graphics are available for download in JPEG and PDF formats. Each card refers to the chapter subject and spiritual practice while including a related affirmation and a visual/mental clue to remember from within, a "soul sign."
